PBIS stands for Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports. Our PBIS program is a  framework that helps to create a positive and supportive learning environment for all students. PBIS focuses on teaching and encouraging good behavior. Our PBIS model encourages students to be respectful, safe, leaders, and kind. When students practice this model they are rewarded with Baldwin Bucks and have the opportunity to visit the school store on days dedicated to their grade level.
